- Premium Repair Service - $ 129, Includes one (1) year warranty, batteries and a unique & effective hearing aid cleaning tool. FedEx 2nd Day. Signature Required (Unless other arrangements have been made).
When shipping your hearing aids to HearSource for repair, please put them in a crush proof box or container (an old plastic pill or vitamin bottle will do). Then put the crush proof container in a regular shipping box or envelope for shipping. Include in the package a written description of the hearing aid problems your experiencing, contact information, and return shipping address.
