Zetland Homes LLC and Westchester Modular Homes are offering a free dinner seminar with presentations on “Building a Custom Modular Home” and “Introduction to Green Building with Modular Technology.”
“Building a Custom Modular Home” is presented by Matt Silva, New England Regional Manager for Westchester Modular Homes. Westchester is an employee owned company based in New York. They are known for producing modular homes customized to the buyer’s tastes with original designs and floor plans. Recently Westchester has been on the cutting edge of incorporating energy efficient technology in their homes. Each Westchester home can be Energy Star certified and rated to the buyer’s choice of green building programs.
“Introduction to Green Building with Modular Technology” is presented by Steven Reddy of Zetland Homes LLC, the New Hampshire builder for Westchester. Reddy is one of the first Certified Green Professionals (CGP) in the country and a frequent speaker on green building. Zetland Homes built the 21st Century Victorian Demonstration Green Home under the US Green Building Council LEED for Homes Pilot Program. The Demonstration Green Home won the 2008 Cornerstone gold award for “most energy efficient design solution” and the 2009 Dream Home Silver award for “green home”. They recently completed the second home in New Hampshire to be built with the Build Green NH program.
