A major San Francisco life sciences company has recently selected EIC Experts as its partner for their Employee Interaction Center implementation.

EIC is a centralized call center application that is a key part of SAP’s shared services offering. The goal of the implementation is to replace the existing PeopleSoft call center solution with the SAP Employee Interaction Center.
