The group is currently seeking both private and public entities in the need of funding for their businesses or seeking transaction advisory services to expand their current business either via mergers or acquisitions.
Struans Group’s Capital Market Advisory Group focuses on small to medium companies seeking equity, debt, project finance and other financial structuring.  Struans is further seeking to work with companies that have a desire to be introduced to key international markets for expansion.
