Award winning, Singer / Songwriter Les LaMotte receives a Hollywood Music In Media Awards (HMMA) http://www.hmmawards.com nomination for his song “In His Rest” in the Contemporary Christian catagory. “In His Rest” also earned him a 2008 Semi-Finalist Award in the UK Song Contest as one of the top 27% out of 6,200 songs submitted worldwide.
This has been a triple cool week for Les LaMotte, who received a highly coveted Hollywood Music In Media (HMMA) nomination for his previous single “In His Rest” just as his award winning songs “Sonrise A New Tomorrow” and his 2008 nomination for Hollywood Music Awards “The Great Physician” both received Honorable Mention by 2009 Billboard World Song Contest.
Currently enjoying a record setting collection of over 6 awards for his 9 song CD titled: “Sonrise A New Tomorrow”.
The HMMA recognizes and honors the music of visual mediums, the talented individuals responsible for selecting it, and the music of artists, both mainstream and independent, from around the globe. The ceremony will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at the Highlands Nightclub located in the Hollywood & Highland /Kodak Theater complex.
His companion Song Book “Sonrise A New Tomorrow” contains guitar chords and scores which sink up with his uniquely produced CD in which the first 9 songs are repeated again as 10-18 tracks in which to sing along.
