Prior to joining Hinckley Allen, Tim was a partner at Pepe & Hazard LLP in Hartford where he developed a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients and as a go-to trial lawyer for large, complex construction and surety cases. Tim has over 20 years experience in the construction and surety industry.
