Nov. 4, 2009 - PRLog -- Southfield-based Collins, Einhorn, Farrell & Ulanoff, P.C. (www.ceflawyers.com) has announced that attorney Timothy F. Casey has joined the firm.

Casey, who holds an AV-rating (highest) from Martindale-Hubbell, brings to the firm more than 25 years of experience in insurance coverage and indemnity contract matters, including preparing opinions, litigation, appeals and alternative dispute resolution.  His practice also includes construction law and other complex litigation matters.  Casey comes to the Collins Einhorn from a Detroit-based law firm that focused its practice on insurance coverage and litigation.

Casey, who was recognized among the top Michigan insurance coverage attorneys by Super Lawyers® magazine in September, is Chair of the Insurance and Indemnity Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.  He also writes a regular column, "Casey on Coverage," and has lectured on insurance matters for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.  

Casey earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and law degree from St. Louis University.
