G2G3 has used its experience in immersive learning solutions to create a compelling and innovative set of courseware for the ITIL V3 Foundation course, which will be offered at no cost to all G2G3 partners.
The courseware has been designed in a flexible format to allow it to support either a traditional ITIL V3 Foundation course, or in an industry first, as a fully integrated and blended simulation and ITIL V3 Foundation course. The blended courseware has been designed to create practical and realistic reinforcement of the courseware theory at appropriate points throughout the training, all within the same timescales of the traditional ITIL V3 Foundation course. By using gaming and simulation dynamics to blend real-life, practical examples with theory, delegates experience accelerated understanding and immediate realization of the benefits of ITIL.
The high quality courseware has been produced using innovative techniques such as infographics, creating visual anchors throughout and increasing the immersion factor of the content as well as aiding retention and future application of learnt processes.
The G2G3 ITIL V3 Foundation courseware has been fully accredited by the EXIN Examination Institute, with G2G3 being awarded the status of Accredited Courseware Provider (ACP) and Accredited Training Provider (ATP).
