Highly Accurate UHF Active RFID Tag

(www.GAORFID.com) has launched this active UHF RFID tag designed for collecting real-time data for identification, tracking, tracing and localization. Using progressive UHF radio frequency technology, the tag conveys data at distances of up to 100 feet to a handheld device or up to 300 feet to a fixed interrogator. This optimized RFID tag features low power consumption, long communication range and a high data transmission rate.
This active RFID tag, model 137004, is equipped with an optional LED for visual identification of an addressed tag and an optional sensor for monitoring temperature. The utilization of an anti-collision multi-tag-handling algorithm provides accurate and efficient communication in the presence of even a large number of tags. The tag has an expandable memory of 8,000bytes for storing user and process information. The portable RFID tag has a long battery life span of over 6 years without battery replacement. Its non-line-of-sight data transmission capability even allows the tag to be buried.
