Parker, CO -- October 12, 2009 – Edward Flitton, President of the College of Law Practice Management, announced that Stephen Nelson was inducted as a Fellow at the 2009 Futures Conference held in conjunction with the College’s annual meeting in September. Steve is the Managing Principal, Law & Government Affairs Practice Group with The McCormick Group in Washington DC. Steve has dedicated his adult life to the profession of law, having contributed in various capacities, from an antitrust attorney, to Managing Editor of the Legal Times, to Managing Principal of one of the industry’s most well-regarded recruitment firms. While just one of these roles would be representative of a stellar career, for more than three decades, Steve has constantly strived to better the legal community through his work as an attorney, editor, and recruiter.
Commenting on the induction, President Flitton said, “The College is genuinely pleased to welcome Steve as a new Fellow and to recognize his sustained and extensive contributions to the field of law practice management.”
