SAMBA Development Group Sells Out of Seabreeze Units

PRLog (Press Release) – Nov 03, 2009 – Today, SAMBA Development Group, based out of Buenos Aires, Argentina and co-founded by American entrepreneur Preston Hammer, announced that it has completely sold out of units in its condominium/hotel complex named “Seabreeze.”  

Seabreeze, one of three major projects that Hammer’s SAMBA Development Group is undertaking in the tony, beach-resort town of Carilo, Argentina, is set on one of the last two remaining beachfront lots in the town:  His company owns the other beachfront lot, which is reserved for the construction of the spectacular 44-unit “Seaview” complex.  

Seabreeze is comprised of two buildings, Del Bosque and Del Mar, which are interconnected by a covered walkway.  There are 29 total units: 7 studio apartments, 8 one-bedroom units and 14 two-bedroom condominiums.   All of the modern and luxurious units are completely furnished and are beachfront or have ocean views.

Among its amenities, Seabreeze boasts spacious and comfortable common areas, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, a gym, sauna, children’s playroom, and a check in/check out lobby for those individuals and/or groups renting units.  The company anticipates that the complex will be completed by the end of December 2009.
