A Metropolitan Driving School Is Launching Their New Location & Driver Rehabilitation Program!!!

PR Log (Press Release) – Nov 03, 2009 – A Metropolitan Driving School has opened a brand new location at 827 E. Parham Road, Suite 2, Henrico, VA 23227. The new facility is state of the art with a clean modern feel. A Metropolitan Driving School is proud to add Driver Rehabilitation to our list of services.  Our certified driver rehabilitation specialist is here to recognize impairments by administering mental assessments and a driver evaluation. Whether physical or mental, a recommendation for adaptive driving equipment or driver restrictions may be prescribed if needed. In short, A Metropolitan Driving School is the only privately owned driving school that provides driver evaluations and services to persons with physical or mental disabilities or those in temporary need of adaptive equipment. Our newly adaptive vehicle contains adaptive hand controls for acceleration, braking, and effortless steering. You can literally control this car from the palm of your hands. Driving is not an easy task for the physically disabled, so we employ the media to visit our new facility to test drive our adaptive vehicle as way to understand what physically compromised persons go through.
A Metropolitan Driving School has offered a variety of services to our community for many years. Our services also include adult behind the wheel, driver improvement clinic (defensive driving class), driver education, student behind the wheel, and the re-examination course.
