Stephen Dando is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Thomson Reuters. He joined Reuters in April 2006. Before Reuters he joined the BBC in 2001 where he was Director, BBC People. He was a member of the BBC's Executive Board and Director of the BBC Pension Trust. Mr. Dando led the transformation of the human resources function and implemented the BBC's largest ever leadership training program, which won a World of Learning award in 2004. His career has focused on change management and people development within large organizations, including Guinness Ltd, UDV Europe and Diageo. He received his MBA from the University of Edinburgh in 1990.
