Stephen Dando is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Thomson Reuters. He joined Reuters in April 2006. Mr. Dando led the transformation of the human resources function and implemented the BBC's largest ever leadership training program, which won a World of Learning award in 2004. His career has focused on change management and people development within large organizations, including Guinness Ltd, UDV Europe and Diageo. He received his MBA from the University of Edinburgh in 1990.  In 2009 he was voted in the top 15 most influential HR practitioners in the industry by readers of HR Magazine as well as one of PersonnelToday’s ‘top 40 power players’ in HR.
