Specialty Group Services, Inc., an industry leader in radiology revenue cycle management, is proud to announce that Heidi Koffler has joined the Specialty Group Services (SGS) team as the new Marketing Director. With over 10 years of industry experience under her belt, Heidi brings a wealth of knowledge to the company and will be in charge of the marketing strategy as SGS expands their reach further into the radiology market.
“We are very excited to have Heidi onboard,” said Cindy Pittmon, President of Specialty Group Services. “Her vast experience in medical billing and marketing will round out the expertise of the SGS team, helping us to achieve our immediate and long-term goals.”
Prior to joining SGS, Heidi Koffler served as Director of Marketing and Communications for SGS’ software provider, CPU Medical Management Systems, for nine years. Preceding her tenure with CPU, Heidi worked for RealAge, Inc., as a Project Manager, and for Caredata.com in marketing and advertising. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
In her new role, Heidi will be responsible for developing SGS’ marketing strategy and pursuing sales growth in SGS’s radiology target market. She will also work to enrich client relations and communications, as well as internal employee communications
