SAVANNAH, Ga. – Accomplished attorney Diana J. P. McKenzie recently joined HunterMaclean as a partner and leader of the firm’s new Information Technology Practice Group.

Before joining HunterMaclean, she was a partner at a major law firm in Chicago, where she founded and chaired the firm’s Information Technology Practice Group.

McKenzie also provides strategic legal advice to a wide range of clients regarding significant technology, privacy and security and electronic commerce transactions.

A nationally-recognized writer and sought-after speaker on technology and electronic commerce law, McKenzie has delivered speeches in 14 countries around the world. Her articles have been published in the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance, The Licensing Journal, Computerworld, National Law Journal and The Computer and Internet Lawyer.

She currently serves on the advisory board for Intellectual Property Law Journal and on the editorial board for both Performance Improvement Advisor and Report on Healthcare Information Management.
McKenzie graduated, magna cum laude, from Kenyon College with a B.A. in 1981 and earned her M.B.A. and J.D. from Emory University in 1985. She is a member of the state bar in Georgia and Illinois and currently resides on Hilton Head Island, S.C.
