McKenzie excels at negotiating contracts related to outsourcing, systems integration, strategic alliance, web hosting, electronic commerce, acquisition, EHR, license, development and service agreements. She also has extensive experience with the health care technology industry.
A nationally-recognized writer and sought-after speaker on technology and electronic commerce law, McKenzie has delivered speeches in 14 countries around the world. Her articles have been published in the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance, The Licensing Journal, Computerworld, National Law Journal and The Computer and Internet Lawyer.

She currently serves on the advisory board for Intellectual Property Law Journal and on the editorial board for both Performance Improvement Advisor and Report on Healthcare Information Management.
McKenzie graduated, magna cum laude, from Kenyon College with a B.A. in 1981 and earned her M.B.A. and J.D. from Emory University in 1985. She is a member of the state bar in Georgia and Illinois and currently resides on Hilton Head Island, S.C.
