An open day is being held on Saturday 14th November 2009 for a pioneering new independent Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) school and regional services centre in Cambridgeshire. Gretton School is a Special Education Needs (SEN) facility which will cater for children and young people with autism and Aspergers.
The open day will allow parents to meet Headteacher Lyndsey Stone and her team of staff and find out more about the school’s unique teaching style and facilities. There will also be the opportunity to see the school site which is currently being refurbished.
Gretton School will open in January 2010 offering high-quality day education for children and young people aged between 5 and 19 with ASD. The school and regional services centre is being set up in Girton, near Cambridge by Piscari, a leading education services group.
