The Jupiter Library located at 705 Military Trail in Jupiter Florida is proud to announce that Florida Author Yvonne Mason will be conducting a writers workshop on November 17,2009 from 6:30pm-8:30pm. This event is free to the public.
Ms. Mason who is the best selling Author of Silent Scream the true crime novel of Florida's first serial killer Gerard Schaefer and Brilliant Insanity a fiction crime novel set in Fort Pierce will be instructing potential writers on the concept of writing a great story. She will also show writers how to market their work using the internet.
Ms. Mason holds a degree in Criminal Justice and before moving to Florida was a licensed Bounty Hunter in Georgia. She has been writing since she was a child but it took over thirty years for her to publish her first novel, Stan's Story, A Touch of Love which has since been retitled under Dream Catcher, Failure Was Never An Option.
Ms. Mason was born and raised in Georgia. She moved to Florida in 2006.
Her first book was published in 2007 January. Later that year she released her second book Tangled Minds, in 2008 she released her third and fourth books Brilliant Insanity and Silent Scream. This year she released When Fates Collide which was co-written with Andrea Dean Van Scoyoc another Florida Author.
Ms. Mason is also the author of Blood Alley a short story which was published in 2007 along with twelve other authors in a Book titled From the Shadows.
Ms. Mason knows all to well the frustration and heartache that comes from her passion of writing. She knows first hand the rejections and elations of her craft. So join us on November 17th and learn first hand how "Failure is Never An Option."
