MYTHS AND TRUTHS
There are plenty of myths about weight loss out nowadays. The fact is, I was surfing the net the other day and quite frankly I got disgusted at what I seen. Some people say to avoid fats but the fact is that fats increase your sense of fullness. They also say to cut out desserts. You don't want to deprive yourself of sweets because deprivation is the downfall of all diets.
There is a lie out there that says to eat three times a day and not to snack. That may work for very few people but for the best results you should eat when you want to maintain your calorie intake. I've also heard that carbohydrates make you fat and to stay away from them. You should not stay away from carbohydrates because they are in fact necessary for a balanced diet.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT KNOW
It has been said that you don't have to count calories. The reality is that counting your calories is very important in dieting. What has also been said, is to always eat in the morning. Who wants to get up at the crack of dawn just to eat? You should only eat sometimes in the morning.
The bottom line of this article is to inform people about some myths of dieting, to share some facts with everyone and to let everybody see the FREE book. It's about plenty more of the myths out there today. Once again it's FREE so if you're serious about your diet than there is no reason to hesitate.
