As the company continues to expand its business model in the direction of an incubator the company is seeking to secure funding in the amount of $5 million dollars
The company made attempts for funding last year but due to the economy was unsuccessful.
The company will be explore funding through several options such as a REG D 504 and/ or Private Placement and pursue the balance through a Registration when filed for the OTCBB.
“We have set aggressive goals for funding and growth and will make our best efforts to meet the goals. We are working on reducing our aged debt (2006 audit and the Debenture from Golden Gate Investors from 2007) accumulated from Cinemaya former management.
