Collins, Einhorn, Farrell & Ulanoff P.C. Attorney Hildenbrand Named To Michigan Super Lawyers® List

PR Log (Press Release) – Nov 02, 2009 – Janice G. Hildenbrand of Southfield-based Collins, Einhorn, Farrell & Ulanoff, P.C. (www.ceflawyers.com), was recognized by Super Lawyers® magazine among the top Michigan attorneys in the area of employment litigation: defense.

Hildenbrand represents employers and other defendants in employment and general liability actions.  Her employment defense practice encompasses both private and public sector employee claims (including claims arising from municipal and school employment) in state and federal court.  The Bloomfield Township resident also represents employers in administrative proceedings before the EEOC, Michigan Department of Civil Rights and Michigan Unemployment Agency.  

She has successfully tried many employment and general liability cases in state and federal courts and prevailed on numerous dispositive motions.

Hildenbrand is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Negligence and Labor/Employment Sections), State Bar of Georgia (Insurance Section) and DRI (Employment Law Committee).

The attorneys featured in Super Lawyers magazine are selected though a multi-step process.  Candidates are nominated through a survey of more than 30,000 attorneys, direct contact with law firms and by reviewing trade journals, periodicals, databases and online sources.  A blue ribbon panel of the top attorneys in each respective practice area evaluates the candidates.  The final selection is then made by dividing the candidates by their firm size and selecting the top 5 percent.
