Firm Launches Unique National Talent Search – Apprentice Style

PR Log (Press Release) – Nov 02, 2009 – The CSI Companies today announced the launch of a national talent search contest called The CSI Apprentice (www.thecsiapprentice.com) where college seniors across the nation will compete against each other to open a new CSI office as part of the company’s national expansion.

The program will be coordinated by the CSI Internal Recruitment Department in collaboration with the company’s Career Development expert M.J. Garrett, who will be delivering dozens of workshops for students at colleges this upcoming Spring semester.

“At CSI, we feel like we offer a one-of-a-kind position for recent graduates who are born leaders, aggressive and hungry for success,” said Eric Stevens, CEO of the CSI Companies.  “In this economy, many companies are not hiring entry level graduates, let alone a career opportunity as substantial as this one.”

The program begins on November 1, 2009 and runs through April 30, 2010.  Interested applicants can apply at www.thecsiapprentice.com. Ten candidates will be chosen on May 1 and will be flown to CSI’s Florida headquarters for a series of interviews.  The top four candidates from this group will be awarded a three month contract to work for CSI as a recruiter in one of our national offices, where they will be competing against each other to be the CSI Apprentice.

As the winner, the candidate will have an opportunity to open a new CSI location in one of 10 target cities (Austin, Houston, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Seattle, New York City, Chicago, San Francisco and Indianapolis).
