Kristopher says fitness boot camps are the solution to America's problem of more motivated fitness enthusiasts needing to have access to professional help. He feels Seattle and the Puget Sound Area can really use the different kind of boot camp experience he brings. "Fitness boot camps have recently become a trend in the industry because, when done right, it provides the powerful energy of a group atmosphere and professional fitness training which both equal results people aren't getting by themselves...at a lower price," Kristopher says. "But I noticed the needs of everyone aren't being met...not enough intensity...there are actually boot camps leaving clients stranded during the winter months...the most dangerous time for people following a fitness program."
Metro Boot Camps feature an interval training system combining weight-lifting, cardio, and core training all into one "tremendous"
The Full-Scale Fitness Method allows him to bring the experience and attention of one-on-one training to the large group boot camp workout. Because of his patented system of exercise progression, all fitness levels from the beginner who has never performed a push-up to the experienced who wants to lose that last two percent of body fat will be able to participate and motivate each other.
Even though the official launch of the new location will not be until January, the public will still be able to sample Kristopher's style of boot camp training with the free events he will host leading up to the launch. Kristopher will host a "Thanksgiving Survival" event on November 21st at 12:45 pm at Greenlake Community Center in Room 1. It is open to the public but you must RSVP and there is limited room for 30 attendees.
It will be a presentation of simple nutritional guidelines that can help you survive the holiday season as well as being a solid foundation for any fat loss program. Also, he will serve the group an appetizer of basic exercises that can help them safely perform any exercise as well as get ready for his upcoming boot camp program. The event is free but in the spirit of Thanksgiving, donations for the Domestic Abuse Women's Network (DAWN) would be appreciated. The list of the most needed donations and more details about the event can be seen on the event website at: http://www.meetup.com/
