Global Choice Real Estate offers a wide range of marketing plans to choose from for Sellers.  As a Seller you can choose from two different In-House marketing plans, and 4 different MLS marketing plans.  Marketing plans range from 2% to 6% commission depending on the plan you choose, and what plan best fits your needs.

November 1, 2009 Global Choice Real Estate has announced it's new Sponsor Profit Sharing Program.  As a Sales Associate with Global Choice Real Estate you can refer others and earn 5% of every commission made by your sponsored Sales Associate.

After attending an in office 14 week training course (Working by referral) Global Choice Real Estate Sales Associates average 13 transactions per year, with an average commission of $6,000 per transaction.  If you sponsor and refer just five (5) associates to Global Choice Real Estate, and they all close 13 transactions for the year.  You (the sponsor) would make $19,500 or $1,625 per month in Profit Sharing!  Sponsor more, and make more!  (individual results may vary)
