McCumber Daniels introduces a new Partner to the practice focusing on complex commercial litigation

PR Log (Press Release) – Nov 02, 2009 – Mr. Pyles concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, corporate law, business law, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, representation of real property developers and eminent domain takings

Mr. Pyles has extensive civil litigation experience, from pre-litigation demands through appeal.  Mr. Pyles is an authorized agent of Old Republic Title Company and handles both commercial and residential real property transactions from contract through closing.  Mr. Pyles has represented both purchasers and sellers of business assets and facilitated the transaction of these sales.

Mr. Pyles earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada (Reno) in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2001. Mr. Pyles is admitted to practice in the Courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida
