StormStaff has hired Michelle Sugden as an Account Manager for the San Diego area. With more than 5 years in the Sales and Staffing industries, she is responsible for business development, employee and account management, and recruiting in the San Diego area. Sugden is based out of the StormStaff San Diego office.

Most recently, Sugden served as a Business Development Manager for an international employment services company. In this role, she was responsible for prospecting new business and building client relationships. Previously, Sugden was an Account Manager for a San Diego-based full service staffing company, a role in which she successfully pioneered administrative and warehouse division sales and developed $1.3 Million in gross annual billing. Sugden has also served as a Sales Representative for a full-service medical equipment company in the Central Valley of California and as an Agent with a national insurance carrier.
Sugden received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Riverside. She is also a certified notary public and holds a life and health insurance license. Throughout her career, Sugden has received several sales performance awards and is also the founder and current organizer of the San Diego Human Resources Meetup Group, a networking group for human resource professionals. The group currently has 36 members in the San Diego area.

Starting immediately, the company will cater to the needs of all legal practice areas on a direct-hire, contract or contract to hire basis providing a full spectrum of the workforce: from lawyers and paralegals to legal nurse services and document management clerks.
