Major Mahil has recently launched a new Belvoir business, Belvoir West Bromwich, following closely after a move of his original successful business, Belvoir Birmingham Central, to larger premises in the heart of the city’s prestigious Jewellery Quarter.
Since opening 29 months ago, Belvoir Birmingham Central has grown at a phenomenal rate and now has more than 250 properties on its books. With a growing business and tenant demand in Birmingham now stronger than ever, Major decided a move to bigger offices was essential to allow Belvoir Birmingham Central to expand further.

And now Major is sourcing more premises for his new launch business, Belvoir West Bromwich. Currently run from the Belvoir Birmingham Central office with its own dedicated member of staff, Major hopes to be able to move the business into a separate office with its own team of staff in the next few months.
Major says, “I believe the rental demand for 2009/2010 is going to get stronger and stronger and I can even see that we will come to a stage when tenants seeking housing outstrips the property supply. I’m really pleased that we’ve moved into bigger premises as it’s allowed the business to expand in line with demand.
“I’m really pleased with how the business is going and, following the success of our first year, we were awarded new franchisee of the year by Belvoir - and in our second year we have again been short-listed as a finalist for this year’s awards.”
