1. Nexus Specialty Hospital-The Woodlands, TX, a 75-bed adult medical specialty hospital;
2. Touchstone Neurorecovery Center, Conroe, TX, a 69-resident capacity post-acute brain injury rehabilitation facility in an assisted living environment;
3. HealthBridge Children’s Hospital-Houston, TX, a 40-bed pediatric specialty hospital; and
4. HealthBridge Children’s Hospital-Orange, CA, a 27-bed pediatric rehabilitation hospital.
