(CHATTANOOGA, TN) – In recognition of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness month, petite women’s fashion designer TLé of TLé Designs has donated several of her designer scarf and elastic headbands to the Chattanooga, TN chapter of Breast Cancer Network of Strength.

In addition to providing these headbands to chemotherapy patients, the fashion accessories will also be included in the Network of Strength’s silent auction for the organization’
