4.2.1 Remove any debris which may affect centrifuge running.
4.2.2 Check the strain of the band.
4.2.3 Rotate the pulley of main motor manually, check if any obstruction exist between rotating bowl and box or feed pipe ,remove the obstacles if any.

4.2.4 Start auxiliary motor, at the same time, fill some fresh water into the centrifuge through flushing adapter, then run for one minute. because centrifuge has been analogue status tested before delivery, so a thin layer of wall cake which can’t be discharged is stuck on the inner surface of the drum. Part of wall cake will peel off because of vibration during transportation, lead to unbalance of the drum. Supply oilfield drilling mud centrifuge and linear motion shale shakersSerious vibration even stop(caused by main motor’s thermal protection) will occur if you start main motor to rotate in high-speed now. Fill some water in and rotate the auxiliary motor, then peeled wall cake will be soaked and redistributed, and vibration will be eliminated when starting the centrifuge for the first time. The same work should be done if the centrifuge hasn’t been used for a long time.
