Richard Heene turns down $50,000 Viral Video Offer to be paid to his children.

David Lane, The attorney or Richard Heene turned down a formal offer for Richard in the amount of $50,000 to be put in College Trust Funds or Richards 3 children. In return Richard would agree to participate in a viral video poking fun of the whole incident.
The website www.kickheenesballs.com, had worked overtime promoting and fundraising to try and raise enough funds to provide Richards 3 children with College Trust funds, if Richard would agree to appear in the viral video.
Mr. Lane, engaged in name calling against the Boulder Adults who had made the offer, calling them "freaks" "stalkers" and "college students" living off Daddies money who could not raise rent, let alone $50,000, even though the money had been secured by private investors interested in a piece of the viral video.
