Boyers, PC CPA’s existing payroll processing services.  The online payroll solutions can be modified to suit any business’s payroll processing needs.  It is accessible 24x7 to clients over the internet, while providing secure login, firewall and intrusion-detection systems, and using 128-bit SSL encryption.
The payroll solution possesses highly automated functionality, including electronic processing of federal and state payments, employee direct deposit, and electronic filing of W-2s, 1099-MISC and other forms.  It has an employee portal for employees to view personal profiles, pay records, and W-2s.  Additional functionality includes calculations for all states, multiple pay schedules, multiple checks per employee per pay period, multiple withholding states per employee, multiple departments, unlimited number of employees, third-party check printing, paid time off tracking, and contractor payrolls.
