The movie itself has been left in it's full, production finished format...meaning it is the same thing you'd see if you were to actually go to the movie theater and watch it there.

Considering that The Twilight Saga: New Moon is going to probably generate more money than any movie this year when it comes out, you'll save yourself some serious trouble and hassle by simply choosing to download the movie instead of dragging friends and family out to the movie theater. The lines are going to be ridiculous and the movie theater is going to be absolutely packed.
What's more, if you remember when that X-Men movie was leaked, it wasn't quite the finished product. It had most of it's quality intact, but some of the special effects weren't quite completed. You could still see the "green screen" in a couple of shots and what not.
