Well, in reality many of them are not free, but do offer a free trial and in that time frame there are lots of free foreclosures that you may find worth wile. All foreclosure listings are really free, but it takes time to gather them from courthouses, newspapers, etc, time you probably don't have, so why not let someone else gather these for you and pay them a small fee for all their hard work.
Hector Milla Editor of the "Free Home Foreclosure Listings" website -- http://www.FreeHomeForeclosureListings.net -- pointed out;
“… There are many websites that list foreclosures and they offer free trials, but these same sites offer a monthly membership for a very small fee, sometimes as small as $30 a month Relatively, speaking this is actually an almost free service when you think of the return you will make from finding that perfect foreclosure property …”
When you are looking at foreclosure listing, it is because you intend on buying a home which is a substantial investment so you want to get all your facts straight, compare different foreclosures in different areas of the city, and even go out and look at the property.
This is why you may want to have more than just one source for your listings.
Remember the really successful real estate investors, are wealthy because they did everything right, and studied up on prospective investments they made.
“… So get the real estate investing tools you need to do that whether they be free or not.The point is in the end those $20 or $30 you spend will well be worth the price you paid for them …” H. Milla added.
