Elms - Harmon - Macchia, LLC, is the newest member of San Antonio Masonry Contractor's Association. The firm has been a member of the San Antonio legal community since 1998, when Lee Elms and Tom Harmon formed the firm with Stephanie Macchia, all of whom had previously worked together. Mr. Elms and Mr. Harmon have practiced construction law since 1979 and 1985, respectively, and both, along with Ms. Macchia, graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio. The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of construction, business, creditors' rights, real estate, and probate. The firm handles the filing and prosecution of mechanic's liens, construction litigation, collection of debts in the bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy context, as well as real estate and commercial transactions.
