Based on the successful VOICE service, communities can set up a website quickly and easily, with no technical expertise required. Sixteen pre-built interactive modules such as picture galleries, discussion boards, and surveys, can be added to sites with a single click.
UK local authorities (LAs) can subscribe to the full VOICE package which benefits both themselves and their local communities. The package provides everything required to run an LA branded community empowerment web service, including training and technical support.
Many LAs already use VOICE to engage directly with their local community groups as part of the Duty to Involve, and the Duty to Promote Democracy.
