VPX/Redline Wins Summary Judgment Against BOSS

Oct. 28, 2009 - PRLog -- Nutritional supplement company Vital Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“VPX/Redline”) of Davie, Florida, creator of the product line Redline®, Protein Rush®, Shotgun®, and Meltdown® announces today that a Broward County Circuit Court Judge entered a partial summary judgment (“judgment”) in its favor for the amount of $470,000.00 (Case No. 08-14868).  

The judgment was entered on October 14, 2009 in a breach of contract action filed by VPX/Redline against Bob O’Leary Food Distribution d/b/a BOSS  in April 2008.  The Court’s ruling in favor of VPX/Redline found that BOSS breached an agreement and failed to pay VPX/Redline for ordered products.  VPX/Redline is proceeding with execution on the judgment.
