acrossair leads in the development of Augmented Reality applications for Apple’s iPhone and allows marketers to engage their audience in a new and unique way. The AR Browser is one such product, currently in production, that acrossair will recommend marketers consider for their marketing mix. Utilizing GPS, the internal compass and the accelerometer built into the iPhone 3GS, the application layers relevant data onto the live feed captured via the phone’s camera to provide the user with reality, augmented with information such as directions, specials and more that can enhance a person’s life.
