Oct. 28, 2009 - PRLog -- Port Orange, Florida.  Photo Scanning Price Leader Nickelscan .com President Pete Fontaine has contacted Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke expressing concern over the devaluation of the US dollar.  In a letter to the Chairman Fontaine states “in your efforts to bail out the irresponsible and corrupt multi millionaires on Wall St. by excessive money creation you are endangering our business plan here at NickelScan.com.  Our ongoing efforts to produce great photo scans for 5 cents each can only succeed if the nickel retains some real value.  Because of your actions, will the American Nickel now be tossed on the ground at every fast food window and parking lot like the once respected penny is today?  We find it difficult to contemplate cutting back on our free services like scanning both sides of the photo, or providing free photo enhancement so that your wealthy Wall St. friends can afford a second or  third yacht.  Mr. Bernanke, since the inception of the Federal Reserve the Nickel has lost 95% of its value.  When is this pillaging of the ordinary people’s wealth going to stop?”
Fontaine says that he has not received a response from the Federal Reserve.  “We’re not raising our prices or cutting back on our offering” he says, “There is a small chance they’ll come to their senses.”
