Our pelvis is our body's hub. It is a stabilizing center & an originator of motion. With its large mass in relation to the rest of our body, a pelvic misalignment can cause a significant reaction throughout our body on many levels both gross & subtle as well as physical & energetic. Our pelvis mediates between our legs & spine. Strong muscles attach or cross through our pelvis. Cradled within are our organs & more intrinsic muscles which lend tone & provide connection to our well-being. Come experience fundamental movement that will awaken your connection to deep power, stability, & fluidity of movement.
