The North Carolina International Association of Electrical Inspectors is offering NEC continuing education classes at the Chapter’s annual meeting in November. The education sessions will take place at the North Raleigh Hilton, in conjunction with the NC IAEI annual convention and tradeshow.
These electrical education classes are the best available, interactive classrooms with industry experts ad NEC code panelists. The classes include: Photovoltaic Installations, Residential Wiring Applications, Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs & Similar Installations, Hazardous Locations. Unlike online training, the participants get to ask questions. Our speakers and panels members are international experts in electrical safety, here in Raleigh for this important education event. The NC IAEI can present these classes inexpensively, since we are a non-profit organization and volunteer member operated.
At our tradeshow, you can see the latest innovations in electrical products and components, and get to ask questions about these products that no one buying something in a store or merely seeing installed would ever get to ask. Find out about product certification from testing laboratory representatives, visit with manufacturers, learn about new products and services, and how they relate to the NEC.
The NC IAEI members include electrical and building inspectors, electrical contractors, engineers, utility engineers, testing laboratory inspectors, electrical equipment and component manufacturing specialists and more. The NC IAEI regularly submits NEC code change proposals, and is one of the most active chapters in the Southeast. Many proposals from the NC Chapter end up being Code.
