PhaseWare Is a Proud Co-Sponsor of the Texas A&M University Collegiate Sales Competition 2009

PR Log (Press Release) – Oct 27, 2009 – PhaseWare, a leading provider of customer service and support software for the small to medium business sector, is proudly co-sponsoring the Texas A&M Collegiate Sales Competition. This competition is open to any undergraduate at Texas A&M University. Pi Sigma Epsilon, a national marketing and sales fraternity, is the Official Sponsor. Gamma Phi is the local chapter.

This competition puts students in a mock business to business selling situation. These students are judged and graded by professionals on their performance. This is a great learning experience for those interested in a sales related career. The numerous sales professionals involved in the contest will provide the opportunity for student participants to network and gain contacts.

Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School Department of Marketing, College of Agricultural and Life Sciences Department of Agricultural Economics, and Dwight Look College of Engineering Department of Engineering Technology  are all academic sponsors of the contest. These departments combine to focus on subjects ranging from marketing, finance, and management to marketing, economic development, manufacturing, automation, and more.
