Ms. Schlachter comes from McKesson, where she managed the delivery operations for software and services to a 15 hospital system in the Pacific Northwest. She was also the Director of Operations for software development at McKesson and has also held a variety of management roles at Pfizer and Sun Microsystems..
As Director of Operations, Ms. Schlachter will lead the daily operations of the incubator and oversee the management of client and partner services.

Ms. Schlachter earned a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University with additional coursework at the University of Texas at Austin and CU School of Engineering in Boulder. She lives in Boulder with her husband and their lively Siberian Husky.
