BIGSTAR.tv Launches TV Commercial Contest

PR Log (Press Release) – Oct 27, 2009 – Miami, FL  -- BIGSTAR.tv has announced the launch of their TV Commercial Contest which will close on April 1, 2010. Contest rules require that entries be between 25 to 35 seconds in length, must promote the BIGSTAR.tv brand and website, must be the original work of the entrant and must include audio, including music, dialogue, and/or voiceover. The contest will take place at BIGSTAR.tv's website, has no entry fee and no entry limit. There is a $2,000 grand prize incentive for winning the competition.

All submissions will be viewed and rated by viewers for the duration of the contest. The winning commercial will be chosen from ten finalists - five commercials with the highest ratings from viewers and five additional commercials chosen by BIGSTAR.tv staff. The criteria for evaluation includes narrative clarity and coherence, originality, creativity, technical excellence, audience impact, cinematography and representation of the BIGSTAR.tv brand. The winning commercial will be used by by BIGSTAR.tv for promotional and media purposes.

Those interested in competing in BIGSTAR.tv's TV Commercial Contest must register online at www.bigstar.tv, and upload their entry to the BIGSTAR.tv website prior to April 1, 2010. All entries will be available for viewing and rating at www.bigstar.tv/film-contest/bigstar-commercial-2009.
