New Mobile station and car wash breaks ground on SR64 under direction of J.E. Charlotte Construction

PR Log (Press Release) – Oct 27, 2009 – Commuters along Bradenton’s bustling State Road 64 corridor will soon have another place to fill their gas tanks and grab a cup of coffee, thanks to a new construction project currently underway by J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp.  

Located at 10508 SR 64 East at Portal Crossing, the project broke ground in August 2009. Plans call for a Mobile gas station with a fully stocked convenience store and adjacent car wash facility. The property is owned by Convenience Center Development Associates, with Parker Walker Group providing the architecture design. All told, the project carries a $952,000 price tag and will employ up to 50 workers during construction and as many as 12 full-time employees upon opening. Construction is expected to be complete by February 2010.
