All proceeds from this one hour class (9am, Saturday 31st October at Alexandra Park) will go to The ARNI Trust (Action for Rehabilitation from Neurological Injury www.arni.uk.com ).
Bootcamp specialist, Zita Alves is offering a novel way to keep fit, strong and burn fat with the bootcampers.
Talking about her chosen charity, Zita, who is an ARNI Instructor, said: ”I’ve helped with rehabilitation of a stroke survivor over the last few years and plan to develop this area, particularly with young people suffering strokes”.
The participants in this special workout are required to bring their own pumpkin which can be taken home afterwards and be carved out for a Halloween decoration or, as Zita says “more useful will be to roast it in the oven and make delicious pumpkin soup full of beta-carotene”
Zita set up BATH BOOTCAMP in January and now runs 12 classes a week to provide the people of Bath with a supportive group environment in which to exercise and improve their health and wellbeing. Zita says “Most people had never experienced the joys of exercising outdoors and are now total converts with the majority regularly re-booking classes month after month. One bootcamper has lost over 3 stone and 14 inches off his waist in just 3 months” she proudly adds.
BATH BOOTCAMP runs a variety of classes for men and women including corporate classes. To find out more or to book a place at the special pumpkin charity workout call Zita on 07970 988128 or visit www.bathbootcamp.co.uk
