Aunty Marmalade
Ten-year-old Florence was never able to spend much time with her eccentric godmother, Aunty Marmalade. A strained relationship between Marmalade and Florence’s mum has kept the little girl from knowing her unusual aunty. One summer, her mum allows her to stay at Aunty Marmalade’s cottage by the sea and Florence learns more than she could have ever imagined.

For years Ruth Young has been teaching children and young adults but her passion has always been storytelling. She is currently working on a sequel to Aunty Marmalade, her first published work, and is in the process of publishing another book for young readers. Mrs. Young and her husband, an airline pilot, have two daughters studying at University. She loves to travel and enjoys writing her stories wherever she goes.
