Mission Viejo, CA, -- The Community Home Ownership Program (“CHOP”) is launching a 13-City Tour to promote their affordable housing program.
“CHOP” was founded to help hard working families living in areas hard hit by foreclosures
the chance to realize the American Dream of home ownership. Nearly 400 homes have been made available this year alone helping to revitalize communities hard hit by the foreclosure crisis.
“This affordable home ownership program offers lower income families the chance to buy at the bottom of the market and own their home free and clear for less than what they would typically pay in rent. ” said Joshua Host, CEO of CHOP. “CHOP creates a positive change in the community as well. It offers pride of ownership, improves quality of life, lessens the transient flow of renters and can help raise property values.”
