Melyssa Bernstein to Participate on Expert Panel at Onrec/Kennedy Conference

Stephens Convention Center, in Chicago on November 2-4, 2009.

The panel is entitled, “Corporate Career Sites: What Separates the Best from the Rest?” The focus will be on which career sites can be deemed truly innovative now that the lexicon of Web 2.0 technology, including widgets, dashboards, social media channels, SEO, and blogs, have become commonplace in corporate recruitment vernacular. The panelists will discuss companies that have gone beyond the typical corporate site accoutrements to craft a message that resonates with candidates.

Bernstein has an extensive background in hospitality management and advertising. She is also a former employee of a search engine optimization firm and holds a degree in advertising and PR. Currently she oversees a number of clients and assists the agency with social media initiatives.
