During the month of October Pratt & Associates is holding two invitation only events for the Pratt Realtor® Club. Both are coordinated by Tina Frizzell, V.P. of Sales and Marketing for Pratt & Associates.
The New Home Construction Seminar will be a casual, fun event highlighting information that Pratt & Associates has developed to share with prospective new home owners. Current members of the Pratt Realtor® Club were also invited to attend to learn more about financing, new home construction and making wise interior design selections.
The second event, Pratt’s Annual Realtor® Poker Run, is an invitation only event and provides real estate professionals with a first hand look at all of Pratt's model homes. Realtors®
making the run will be given a playing card and a raffle ticket at each location. At the end of the day, the best poker hand wins the grand prize, with other drawings available. This event will give participants an opportunity to join the club and enjoy progressive commissions, access to Pratt's design gallery, pricing and floorplans. Members will also have the chance to go on the Pratt Rewards Cruise to the Carribean. "The cruise will be a fantastic way for these hard working agents to enjoy the beautiful Carribean and get their Realtor® credits toward their license, through the classes offered on board the ship," says Frizzell.
