Oct 26, 2009 – Quantum3D, Inc., a leading provider of Commercial-off- the-Shelf (COTS) real-time visual computing solutions, announced today that they fulfilled the delivery of an IDX Series Image Generation systems, with training, to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as part of Quantum3D’s and Lockheed Martin’s continued support of the Israeli F-16 Simulator Training Program.
The recent Foreign Military Sale demonstrates Quantum3D’s consistency and commitment to the visual simulation market space. Lockheed Martin recommended the IDX Series for the F-16 Israeli Program based on their use and success with Quantum3D’s F-22 and F-35 flight simulator packages. “We have enjoyed a long-standing and mutually rewarding relationship with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, working on F-22 and F-35 flight test programs,” said Brian Overy, Quantum3D’s VP of Business Development. “The fact that Lockheed Martin recommended our product for the F-16 Israeli Program is a compliment to our commitment to provide the highest quality Image Generators for the Fast Jet Market.”
